Claude Debussy.  In particular his piece Clair De Lune:

His music transitioned the entire world from one musical standard to the next.  The man was a genius.  His works mesmerizing and moving.  The subtle tones, overtures and fluidity are just stunningly beautiful. 

I recommend giving it a chance and listening the whole way through, especially some of the younger members who wouldn't listen to this stuff on their own.  You might just like it.
