It just opens the door to holding many people accountable for the act of an individual. By this wording, the owner of the gunstore can be held accountable for the actions of the 'crazy terrorist gunner' due to his material assitance.usmarine2005 wrote:

Is that so bad?
chuys concern was for the loss of our rights. and this sec. 8 clearly states that the order does not "create any right, benefit, or privilege, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against" any american. its just clearly stating that the order can be used against anyone, regardless of their place in society. correct?usmarine2005 wrote:
I guess some of you did read the entire thing right?

the scary thing is thats the moment where they get to use this executive order against U.S. citizens. they can just track down the known dissenters with our new 2008 radio id chips and throw us in FEMA camps. Like every police station in the country has a SWAT team now so good luck with that impressive KDAgent_Dung_Bomb wrote:

This progress of fascism, and our "patriotic" defense of the growing instutution is pretty marvelous to watch when you know how ideologically opposed the American should be based on our founding documents. Its like watching a magic act. Some shit that should be impossible but is happening before your eyes. But then our founding documents are pretty old, and life has changed a lot. i guess its no surprise that the average comfortable american has forgotten the necessity for civil rights.
Until the election......Braddock wrote:

And so will you when you realize that its European international bankers that rule the united states.Braddock wrote:

So let me get this straight. Let's say I take participate in a big anti-something protest, where somehow it gets ugly and you get clashes with the police (the latter have been found to start the violence many a time). Does that mean that if I get caught I'll be a non peaceful protester? Because if that's the case then this is really messed up.Pug wrote:

Yeah, it's hardly as if all the crap GW has done is going to Ctrl + Z it's self when Bush leaves office. I'm confused as to why USM has so much confidence in the next batch of government.CommieChipmunk wrote:
