i want to use my mic and in the options in game theres the threashold test and when i push start and speak in my mic its dosent do anything
1. Is your mic plugged in?
2. Go to Start > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume control. Then click Options > Properties. Click the bullet point "recording". Click OK
Make sure "Microphone" is selected, denoted by the tick box beneath it. Make sure volume is right up. If all that is there, then go to options > advanced controls and now click the advanced button under microphone. Make sure the tick box is checked.
Try again and come back
