I'd like to turn this:

All I have is MS paint, and havn't got or used PS before, so it looks very lame atm. Especially the text at the bottom. Feel free to change the text to something funnier if you'd like.

The 2nd image is in 3 pieces cause its likely to be removed by photobucket. lol
