SF cd key transfer

A friend of mine just got a BF2: Complete edition box. And he installed BF2 & SF and plays it few times and now only play original BF2.
Now he want to give me his SF cd key.
But I want to ask you guys: is this transfer will be good for us? Can I have any problems?

All works perfect.
But I have one question:
I've played this game 2 days and received 3 badges but they are not displayed at my stat.
The global score counts ok.

it seems like the new way to hijack a thread is to mention that your stats aren't updating. almost every post in these forums has one.
