Hehe, I finally got a Smoke Grenade kill! He was a sniper and he pulled out the knife, and I hucked a large cylinder of metal at his head. Good times!
edit: I also took a screenshot right after I threw it, but you can't see the smoke grenade. At least here you can see the smoke (it's starting to dissipate but it's there!)
