Im currently purchasing a new rig from www.ncix.com
And I have 3 graphics cards to choose from that well work with the rig. I dont need anything powerfull like and 8800 cause I am just a casual gamer. so here they are

Even though I think 7900s are more powerful than 8500s and 8600s. You just want DX10, right?

This is the best card, but it still isn't great I'm afraid. Assuming you just want DirectX 10.0 though and this is the max your budget can afford, so be it. I'd just custom build your system if you could though.

I understand its not the greatest card. And ya I want DX10 and on a budget. But well this card be ok for medium graphics on bf2 and for other upcoming games? This is my first actual computer I am getting with video cards and what not in it. All my other computers where HP and Compaqs. So I dont need the top of the line stuff. Just something that is going to be fast and have fairly good graphics.

You'll definitely get high settings on BF2 with an 8600, I'm pretty sure.
Even get some good settings on Crysis

8600GTS is the best (top one), and yes it will work fine with that mobo
