Have you read the book? Worst book to movie translation ever, the plot follows nothing from the book and the scenes that should be there arent. Aside from the carrier assualt movie was pretty boring and badly acted.Ruckel wrote:

As for an action movie, Saving Private Ryan is a classic, along with We were soldiers. Both great movies with plenty of action to go around.

Good thread, I keep looking out for good action movies, but for some reason it's never occurred to me to make a thread about it.
Narc (Ray Liotta), Boondock Saints (Sean Patrick Flannery), Snatch (Jason Statham), The Proffessional (Jean Reno), Judgement Night (Dennis Leary),
Shooter, Tears Of The Sun (Bruce Willis)... I'm sure there are more in my collection.
And... Lock Stock and Two smoking Barrels (Jason Statham), Reservoir Dogs (Harvey Kietel), Last Man Standing (Bruce Willis), 4 Brothers (Mark Wallberg), Ronin (Robert De Niro), Heat (Al Pachino), And I liked Shooter as well like everyone else has mentioned.
Oh and Falling Down (Michael Douglas)

Brotherhood has great action scenes.. its a Korean film
