I haven't whored wake in months... The delirium tremens are setting in.

Here's my issue. (logitech Extreme 3D Pro)

1) the "logitech profiler" hangs around in the top corner of my screen and doesn't want to come down.

2) my joystick is permanently stuck yawing to the left.

Here's a picture:

You have probably tried this but USB usually you only have to unplug it from the port and then plug it back in to get them back in sync but you hopefully have tried that before starting a thread on it right?? lol

Yea the 3D Extreme is known to become almost unusable after about a year (or a few months depending on how much it gets used).  It's a great joystick, but it's not durable.  Go spend the $30 to get another and be happy for another 6 months to a year.

I'm sorry, but that is the strangest looking joystick I've ever set my eyes on.  I think I would crush that think while using it.

Did you restart the computer then reopen the profiler thing?

I've had a lot of issues myself with the Logitech Profiler. For my Momo Force, it just wouldn't detect it and then it would one day. Always keep your joystick plugged in. I'm afraid I can't really give you any more advice than that, except to delete your Logitech registry (assuming the only logitech item you have).

Un-install any logitech drivers or programs first! If you need any help with the registry bit, just give me a PM! Just be sure you know what you are doing before you go into your registry.

Useless comment. I run Vista and Logitech Profiler and I am fine. I had the same problems in XP that I do with Vista in the profiler.

Have you tried calibrating your controller in the Windows Control Panel?

Hmm, I get the same here, ish, mine isnt as bad though, but there is certainly a shift to the left, when I play flight simulartor, I keep flipping 747s on to their side lmao, thought it was just me dropping it that was causing this tho

Yes, and it looks like some kind of alien invention from another planet.

Wtf?

Why do you have a Desktop Background of a Lama?

You sick fuck...

EDIT: And btw, I had the same joystick and it did the same thing, it would nose dive though, Tried fixing the deadzones and such and no luck..

So I opened it up.. took what I could Apart.. Put it back together.. Still didn't work right, so I bought a Saitek X52, and haven't really flown jets since..

I loved that joystick.. but I couldn't find another around here unless I bought online, and the X52 was like 100 dollars off and way better quality..
