I agree to a demotion, not a total banning. If he can't post he may get bored and simply move on. I'm not actually sure what his deal is.
If he get's a demotion and gets the picture that we won't take his shit, he may sober up. If he dosn't after he gets promoted again, (I'm not sure how this works,) then I agree to a total banning.
