L85 to me is just a sniper with a medpack. I normally mix it up when I'm a medic, depending on the situation of flags and just how the round is going. If I need to just have some extreme close combat I'll pick the M16 or G36E. If I know I'll be making only the longer range shots I'll use the L85. And I also use the L85 if I know I'll be shooting at close and at far ranges. This is all for the USMC though, becuase the AK-101 is universal and I just use that when I'm MEC. But The L85 would by my choice as it is almost as universal as the AK-101. Plus I just like to snipe.

It's amazing the number of people bitching about how accurate the G36E is. Yes it is accurate, probably a little to accurate as compared to the M16A2, especially in a 3 round burst. I don't hear the complaint about the L85 being over powered on single shot. It's a 1 shot to head kill weapon, where as the G36E and M16A2 aren't despite the fact that they use the same 5.56mm round.
All of you whiners just need to shut up and play. I don't give a damn who kills me with what weapon. I'll kill you with ever weapon i feel like playing with. If I use the G36E or the L85 and you don't like it, then get over it.

I usually play 3 or 4 different kits and different weapons in a single kit over the course of a round depending on the situation at the moment.

I definately prefer the L85A1. The G36E takes forever to whip out after dropping medpacks or nades.

Has anyone noticed the irony of people pointing out that threadmakers should use search before posting and not create millions of similar threads, but at the same time they post in a thread to use the search function as if the same post hasn't been made 50 times in the past half dozen pages?

On topic: I prefer the G36. The L85 is too inconsistant for me, sometimes I'll get headshot after headshot, other times I'll just waste 30 rounds on single and not hit jack shit. But if you use the 6E, you are guarenteed reliable accuracy time and time again.

As for medic guns in general, I love the FAMAS, I just wish there were more servers running EF.

probably g36e cause you can arm a squad of beginners with it, and they'll do good with it. doesn't that make it better in a way? being user friendly?
but the l85 is better when you learn it (if you use it correctly), so that's what i voted.

although the true master is the ak family. ownage in the hands of newbs and pros alike.

L85 has the worst accuracy in the game in auto after the first shot :S. To be honest, i think the SAW is more accurate.
And the G36e is for noobs, but i'd choose it anyway.
