Guys

My PC is running like a snail at the moment, i have got adaware and registry mechanic, is there any other programs that you can recomened that can get my pc running smoothly.

I have done a disk clean up and de fraged.

I concur. However I would try CCleaner too. It will get rid of all that unwanted crap

go start run-> type msconfig -> go to startup -> uncheck everything -> it should clear out anything starting on boot up and free up some ram, try it.
