Hello, yesterday I got 572 global points but didn't get my new rank of Lance Corporal, a day later and I still haven't recieved it! Any ideas on what's going on? :S

Try playing on an official EA server and get a kill. If promoted, I would stay in the server until the round ended and reloaded next map or round.
Happened to me at every breakpoint after lcpl.
All I had to do was exit the game, restart the game, join a server, kill someone and I'm promoted. THen exit the game and rejoin again for unlocks etc.

that usually does the trick. If you get the points necessary for a promotion ingame, BFHQ won't reckognize it until you've logged out, logged back in and killed one guy ( got one point ) on a ranked server.Lobsters wrote:

You can't generalise it, B.Schuss. That happens when the stats servers are busy and can't process the data from the servers in real time. If you don't score the necessary points in one round and the stats are processed with a delay, you will overshoot the mark. Other way around, if you score the necessary points in consecutively rounds over and over again and the stats server is busy you get promoted everytime you score the required points.
when you get promoted you should stay in the server for at least one more round bc i join the new server just 5 times, everytime saying i got promoted but i left too early
Your stats get submitted even if you leave early. If you perform very good in a game and get kicked or leave you still can get a Gold/Silver/Bronze Star. Happened to me once in the bomber. My LGM ignored the lock several times and killed some teammates. I got kicked because of teamkills but still earned gold.
anyways, the issue is resolved.
