Requirements for Armored Fury: North American Service Ribbon

I was wondering what the requirements were to get the North American Service Ribbon in Armored Fury. It says that i have completed all the requirements but i still haven't gotten it. can anyone help me here?

You don't have all the requirements, you need 25 hours IN North America, ie: in Armored Fury.
