No, not what i meant, to be quite honest i was joking as that argument of "child licences" has been used plenty of times before and i was attempting to well to be honest i don't know what i was trying to do at the time i posted that, but thinking about it it was a really bad idea and did make me look like an arsehole. i appologise for that just because it was a terrible idea and bad taste, i assure you i am not in any way racist but i must admit i made a really bad post then for which i once more appologise. I have thought about the question properly and must say that i do know people like that now i think about it and i generally just don't talk to them as they annoy me.

I once more appologise for my terrible idea proeviously that failed and repeat once more that i am no nazi just someone who doesn't always think ideas through properly before submitting them.
