The ground is what slowed it down.
I always see these videos of "stupid people", like that guy who tried to drink flaming sambuca and got it over his face, or the kids that keep knocking themselves out jumping off really high cliffs into some water, or the kid that blew off his hand with a dry ice bomb.

sadly theres 8 of them and not one of them was smart enough to realize this... i bet the bullet is in the ground just in front of the stand where the dust cloud is..what hit him was something off the ground like a rock or something i bet.. it looked to be sand the on and sand wouldnt change the trajectory of the bullet that much.N.A.T.O wrote:
