BF2S Forums Help needed, rank isnt increasing

hi uhm i really need some help. when in game in BF2 ill get new ribbons and rank increases but once i get out of game my battle points havent increased and i dont have the ribbons, i think this may be because i installed the POE2 mod and played that for awhile but when i began playing regular BF2 again i noticed that no matter what i didnt get any more points. so i uninstalled the POE2 mod but i still dont get any more rank points, so does anyone have an idea on what i need to do?
