Wait....is the 266MHz showing up in CPU-Z or is 166 ( aroundish ) showing up on your CPU-Z?
If it is 2666MHz that is showing up, then it is at 533MHz speed.
Under the speed tab, it says 266Mhz.

So your RAM speed is at 533MHz. Still, not very fast.

Mines 800 MHz overall.
