Hi. I'm looking for a video card which can play BF2 at it's best graphic. .
My computer:

AMD Athlon 64 processor 3200+

ASUS A8V-XE motherboard

EVGA NVIDIA 7900 GT KO 256 MB ram (forceware version 93.71)

1,25 GB ram (Don't know how to see what kind it is)

NorthQ 500W PSU

Windows XP SP2

I'll get some more ram. (I think)

Take it out. It should tell you the make and specifications on a sticker.

I would change your mobo to be able to cope with DDR2 RAM and then get a few sticks of that. It makes a big difference.

It should say
533MHz, 800MHz or something along those lines where the RAM description is.
Not the numbers that Fusion gave you.

I've done that. Is it the SPD tab? There's nothing like 4200 or 6400 there.

Read my post. Those numbers are wrong. The speed will be in MHz, or just numbers like 800/533

I'm sorry, but in the memory tab i can only see this: Frequency 166.7 MHz. And in SPD: Frequency 133 MHz   166 Mhz

Ok. So you have 266MHz RAM.
Dang man, that is some slow shit.

I advise getting a new motherboard ( compatible with your AMD of course ) and some new RAM. Best way to upgrade your computer.

Just a question on the side that I've always wondered, are you able to change your GFX Card, processor and motherboard by yourself or is it best to get someone to do it for you, I mean do these parts come with instructions on how to install them yourself?

Damn, mines DDR2 266MHz as well.
Brand new computer as well.

How do I change those speeds?

You can't if they are not supposed to be changed.

Wait....is the 266MHz showing up in CPU-Z or is 166 ( aroundish ) showing up on your CPU-Z?
If it is 2666MHz that is showing up, then it is at 533MHz speed.

side question:

under frequency for memory on CPU-Z it fluctuates between :267.2, 267.4 and 200.4......is that normal?
is that my ram spped?

EDIT: DDR2
