'Bout time I caught up on this. Your new style looks awesome and I like the name Sarrkomics. People outside here won't know what the Hell you're on about and it doesn't matter. New Salient cartoonists are popping up all over the place, I have to fight to keep my place - hard because of the shit-load of work I have to do. Can't wait for the post-exam break so I can lock myself in a room and draw.
My point, before I started rambling about myself, is that these new cartoonists don't hold a fucking torch to you my boy. A lot of their drawing looks like it's done in ms paint or scribbled on a piece of lined refill, (not that that is a bad thing, the picture I have in my sig, (and on my T-shirt,) at the moment was designed on a piece of scrap refill,) and their jokes are sub-par. You know you have a shit cartoon when you have to research to get the joke, (unless it's an inside joke for the audience you're writing for of course.)
One thing - I can't seem to load #5. Care to send it to me?
Don't worry too much about hands. I can't seem to draw them properly most of the time either.

Lucky bastard with your tablet. Sketch, ink, (on a window I might add, I have no lighbox,) scan, edit... takes way longer and the result isn't as good.

Likewise, it does give them a freaky surreal look though. My complete image is entitled "Out of Mind" although I thought of re-naming it "Out of sight, out of mind" but that's the name of a Datsun's album. Hollow eyes illustrate confusion, idiocy or mindlessness, that's why the characters are fun to draw. Serious people are boring. Idiots are funny.
