i dont know how some people do it but they can eat junk food 24 7 an still be "fit"
me i eat one thing an i gotta work it off all day
i stoped eating fast food for about 9 months now plus no soda, and that has helped.
but to lose your fat just eat salads with very little dressing and drink water and exercise with some work out.
working out with some people can build fat.
i use to play basketball for about 8 hours a day running full court about 5 of those 8 hours.
the rest was half court.
i was still a little big but man i could play all day and not be tired.
basically if you want to lose your fat eat less fast food drink less soda and you should be good, because you already play soccer.

Run faster and/or longer distances. Try at least 3 miles everyday at a speed that you can run at so you can still kind of talk but not breathe too heavily. Then go a little faster than that. As for longer distances, don't stop and walk (unless neccessary) and don't run reallly sloooow (Again, unless neccessary). You can run 10 miles at a really slow pace and all you'll become is a slow, consistent runner - not that helpful in getting rid of fat although it might still be useful in keeping somewhat in shape.specops10-4 wrote:

You don't even have to run either, cycling and swimming are other options. Oh and try running up and down some hills, doesn't matter if your going slower than usual, it should be a far better workout.

and yes that is a good way:eat less fast food, drink lots of water, excerise. the fat is "stored energy" for long term usage for your body so over tiem with a good diet and excerise that fat will used up
