JetSniper: R.I.P [EPIC]Pfcguinn; +113|6540

my friends account is in all caps example : COMPUTER_3

he has played for a yr on that account with it in caps

one day he logged in and now when he plays in game its like this computer_3 in all lowercase but in bfhq and on here it shows them in caps.

any way to fix this?

It happened to me once,

instead of having -=[HL]=-Phatmatt, it was -=[hl]=-phatmatt (which i just find ugly) i just logged out and restarted the game and it was ok after that.

thats weird

he even erased his account from the computer an put it back on and still does that

his log in is in all caps as well but still no caps

Maybe this might work, but I'm really not sure, but it's worth a try

go to: ...\Mes documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\XXXX
(XXXX being your profile number)

and open up Profile.con with notepad

In there you should see something like this

LocalProfile.setName "-=[HL]=-Phatmatt"
LocalProfile.setNick "-=[HL]=-Phatmatt"
LocalProfile.setGamespyNick "-=[HL]=-Phatmatt"

And check and see if they are in caps, if they aren't put them in caps and save. join a game and see if it helps

so you could end up changing you ingame name with that too? that would be cool lol
