Who says all stats don't work?, I've found 2 servers where all is well, kind of cheating in a way, I'm getting points/kills etc while most others aren't.

most of your stats are average, your aviator and helicopter probaly needs a little work, armour is good. Other than that try get some higher BR rounds, always looks nicer with a few more 150+ rounds in there.
