Well if you get shot in the arm then maybe but generally no.

You'll see some of my tube shots are dead on but don't kill a few times throughout the vid. I also make some very sweet long distance shots, over all I love the kit how it is.

That was assault before the nerf? Damn nice i must say(Your vid and the GL) I wonder if it was still like that would people have more respect for assault or not? And what if EA never nerfed any of the good things? Would people still play this game or no?

its $50 for BF2. Also you can play with the unnerfed version. Last time I checked there were still a few 1.03 servers around, and even without, no one forces you to patch

He means upon release 50$ for vanilla, 50$ for SF and 20$ for AF and EF.

It is terrible.  Nothing like jumping just as you shoot it at your feet, killing the enemy, but only losing half of your health in a FF on server.  Sure it can still be effective if you hit directly on the enemy, but if you miss by 6 inches they should still die instead of losing only half of their health at most. 

This minimum arming distance is bs as well.   If you shoot at your feet it explodes, but shoot at something 5 feet away and it bounces off in some random direction then explodes.

Nice vid, but some wasted opportunities to stick the knife in.

you shouldn't have to fire at your feet to get a kill with the gl
