Friendly reminder about signatures

The old signature rules wrote:
Please remember to keep the total height ^{(images and text)} of your sig(s) under 250px and the total file size under 150 kilobytes.

If you see a signature that is too large please use the report button, and a moderator will take care of it.

You can check the total height of your sig with this Firefox plug in: http://www.kevinfreitas.net/extensions/measureit/
For those that don't have Firefox: http://www.mioplanet.com/products/pixelruler/index.htm

Signatures: No nudity, total height of your sig(s) should be under 250px, and keep the total file size under 150 kilobytes.
For those that don't want to have signatures visible; click "Profile" then on the left side click "Display", then un-check "Show user signatures". You can also disable images in posts, signatures, and smilies.

In firefox, to check image size, Just right click on the image, and click Properties, then look at the height and width.

No, because your overall signature size is over 250px high.

Its doesn't just include the image, its all the text in your sig as well.

I've always thought that "and text" part of the rule a little silly - it's far too easy to unwittingly stray over the limit with a couple of lines of text.

But then I'm not sure how you'd word a better sig size rule(set).
