too bad such cool heads didn't prevail in his banned topic.  He chose to make it personal, and talk down to the admins and members involved.......so he learned the hard way.

the banned forum is more about attitude than anything else.  Proving cheating is impossible, unless it's a direct VAC or PB ban.  Short of that....it's all circumstantial.  And the defendant's testimony, attitude in the trial, comments, pm's, and overall demeanor while under investigation is ABSOLUTELY 100% what the ban/sentence is then based on.

3RB is now considered a maliscious clan to TTP.  Those who choose to frequent our servers do so knowing TTP no longer treats them as equals, but as a clan that has put them selves above the community and server.

Without communities and servers, there are no clans.  So fuck any clan that thinks they are bigger than where they play.

So he's essentially saying, "We cant prove you did anything, but we're going to accuse you of it, and if you get mad about us accusing you, you're guilty of the crime"   Real pillar of the "community".

Gah. Sometimes I wonder how people think. Me and my buddy JF were gaming last night on the OFOA server. We go there cause they're pretty easy kills, but the rules are pretty crap.

Anyways, the thing here is bunny hopping. They dont allow it, and are pretty crap at shooting nonetheless. My point is how the hell is jumping over a prone dude to empty a mag into his back bunny hoping? Or jumping around corners/over objects? We were playing Songhua and both received a few warnings and cries from other players calling us "hoppers". Jay eventually got kicked for it after jumping over a series of obstacles (a bench, a wall and a stack of sandbags) to shotgun a guy. I got warned/threatened for jumping away from a grenade, which brought me closer to an enemy, which I killed.

Yea, there are thousands of servers, but I just want to point out a bad one.

Yeah they are tired and cranky. I was on Sharqi and I jumped up and down to throw nades to a sniper on a rooftop and when he got killed they kicked me for "bunnyhopping"

the 24/7 Infantry Only Karkand by |E| server is a sack of shit. The admins kick if someone throws more than about 3 grenades, claiming that they are nade spamming. I have been banned for killing an admin, REASON: "USING INVISI HACK". I was behind him.

I appealed against the ban, went back on the server and got kicked for using the grenade launcher too much, even though i was Support all round, but there you go. I went back on with two CookiE clan mates and we were playing for a while, and we got so many comments from admin saying the clan was shit and all that jazz, so we just started with stuff like "slander licks his dad" and "slander banged his mum". The final straw was "slander = michael jackson".

I appealed against it but alas, no luck, still banned. =P

By the way, the admin who banned me the first time was called Squibb1212 and the second one was |E|-Slander.

I got banned for using the grenade launcher on someone and then i got banned for placing c4 on a tank that was base raping  i don't get some of this rules

So here we are... another dumb post. I felt this one was great though.

As a server owner myself our clan prides itself on fair game play without these made up rules most of these ass clowns come up with... So my boy dogface finds this UKE server and pisses off their admin to the point that he gets kicked 5 times and then finally banned and for what you might ask? Wall Hacking?...uhh nope.. Stat padding?... uh nope ... Aim bot then! ..... nope. Here it is a direct quote from their admin on their forum

"1 He was kicked for stealing vehicles from the uncap, then warned and kicked for base rape, and finally kicked for argueing with the admins "


Now i know that i left for a few months to go play 2142, but is this what this damn community has come to? Is it seriously a bunch of clown shoes puttin out 75 bucks for a ranked server only to make up some bs like this? Why cant people just play the damn game the way it was intended to played? Why cant people just follow the ROE instead of bastardizing it to the point that the rules only benefit the owners of the server? WTF has happened here people? I know that a large percentage of this games populous is over 18 so wtf do we need 85 additional rules? I swear to god that the minute you start workin some little clan over they get all pissy "help help im only 13!!"

So i goto these clowns website to pick a clan fight with them... these harry potter bitches start preachin to me about their "rules". If you havent noticed i dont really give two shits about bs made up rules like "stealing vehicles from uncaps" and im sure EA and DICE give 2 shits about their rule too. If that were meant to be enemys wouldnt be able to get in another teams vehicles.

Sorry for the rant people but I just cant believe what this community has come to.

LMAO. This one got me thinking, so I went and checked the logs. Well, turns out SplinterStrike was auto kicked by the server for team killing. You had a -18 score, 0 kills, 1death, and 5 team kills.

However, you did get warned for bunny hopping the previous round, I do see that. I was not on that night, so i can not speak for the admins that were. Yet, you were not kicked for bunny hopping, you were kicked for team killing, which it auto kicks at 5 TK's, or a -10 score, so either way, you were gone. Also, the rules clearly state no bunny hopping. If you are jumping over people, and other objects during a firefight, the admin can easily see that as bunny hopping. Sounds to me like you were trying to push the rule anyway.

No bunny hopping. Maybe your faggot clan members should learn how to aim and kill the moron in the air. As you know, jumpers can't fire while in the air, so they're easy to pick off. I can do it, and I hardly ground pound. Maybe you should all start over from the basics and learn how to fire your rifles.

Just when u think, I've seen everything here comes surprise....I am working on my 50 hours jet time,so i can get my stars. Anyway i joined LVT DEAD SQUAD server with maybe 10 people in it. It was Kubra Dam map and i had 50:10 KDR that round. Proly it was the best round i will ever do in my life while flying bomber/jet. After i got kicked and then later banned (i was never banned before) i went to their website to complain about this  "flying bomber all the time" ban. I've seen all sorts of bans but this was unreal! Well, this is the link to their forum and my complain...

Thats why i never play on clan servers, there full of power hungry admins.

This reminds of the time I was kicked for hogging the armor on Karkand.  The thing is I was in the secondary seat repairing my partner everytime.  -_-
