Oh, it just so happens that this turned up today on the BBC website;

"Delcambre town council unanimously passed the ordinance earlier this week making it a crime to wear trousers that show underwear."

Sounds like the USA is doing it's best to get back to those good old medieval values. A $500 fine if someone can see your underpants. Just F**king crazy.

Of course most of these practices are common in Saudi Arabia too, but I hear a lot less criticism of them. The Iranian regime is incredibly progressive in comparison to the Saudi monarchy.

I wonder why there is so little criticism of them.
