Why? Got 2 kids living next door to me, parents use the whole time out BS and they basically run wild. They dont listen to the parents, dont listen to me, my parents, or anyone. They have no manners, and are basically free to do whatever. Last summer, little boy next door picked up a piece of dog crap, and threw it in our pool, his mom gave him a "time out". Ive seen other children in stores andpublic act like little shits, only for their parents to try and talk to them in a "bad" tone of voice. I was spanked as a child, and Ive never done anything close to the shit the kids next door to me get away with. A majority of people probaly feel a similar sentiment to me.Hurricane wrote:

I've never been spanked, never been hit or otherwise physically disciplined. My parents aren't wishy-washy, but they are understanding and pretty intelligent. I'd say I'm of good moral character, I know right from wrong, and that I'm a good person.

I've never been spanked, never been hit or otherwise physically disciplined. My parents aren't wishy-washy, but they are understanding and pretty intelligent. I'd say I'm of good moral character, I know right from wrong, and that I'm a good person.
