Am I the only one that thinks this is a recipe for failure? I know they're really successful for the time being. But if you give everyone that much freedom, someone is going to take advantage of it. Maybe I'm just a pessimist.

Like how they get free food that is good and varied, you're not gonna throw such a thing away.
As long as you get your part of the 'google" job done, you'll get to stay...
If youre gonna take advantage of it, you probably dont get to stay ..and you wouldnt want that
