hi all
a couple of days ago, i was playing on my clans PR server
its never populated

anyways, i went to mess about on Mao Valley and i tried to fly a chopper w/o the pilot kit
the funny thing was i flew it
the next day it was on Basra so i tried the same thing
it worked

hack or glitch?

Nothing. Just normal. You don't need / get kits before the game starts.
