Punkbuster, cant see the pb_list or pb_myguid

Hi!
I have a punkbuster on on my server.
But when i want to make a pb_list in my console i cant get anything.
How come?
Anyone can help me?

because you have to type

pb_plist

Are you typing it in the console? Hit ` and type it in, and hit enter.

pb_myguid is working, but pb_list isn't.. :S

So when you ban someones pb id do you ban all there acounts.

its got to be on an online server.

Do you? Or does each account have a different pb_id cause I ban glitchers but they keep coming back as privates and stuff.
