Course that's the C6 model.
C6 Z06 has 505 without a supercharger. Tack on some aftermarket parts and the Z06 will smoke the Shelby even worse. The Vette beat the Murcielago, Pagini Zonda S, Porsche 996 GT3 RS, Ferrari F430 and the BMW M3CSL, Skyline GTR R34, Viper SRT-10 around the Nuremberg ring. Let’s have some respect from all you Vette haters. Go ahead and spend another 70-157K more on a slower car if you want, but the Vette is a supercar killer.WhiteStain wrote:

my bros mustang would kill it. 530 HP, plus his car only weighs 2700 pounds. that things just fuckin flies off the line. but if you raced him with turns you'd kill him. his suspension is just for drag racing. soon enough he's going to change out some stuff, supercharge it, and get about 1500 horses. he's going up slowly though, to get used to the power so he doesnt kill himself. too many people go big right away and fuck up.Stingray24 wrote:

Possibly in a drag race because the Mustang has been modified, but I'm not convinced until I see it. Also we're comparing cars off the showroom floor, not drag cars. The Vette did what it did at stock weight, AC on, and two people in the car. Not a lightened chassis, stripped interior, and drag suspension.
