Be the gunner in a tank with a moderate-good driver and just crouch down inside until he racks up 13 kills.
Then go get 5 of your own (or do it with the .50 cal)

I got my basic & veteran AA badges and the AA ribbon in a single round on Op. Harvest (from the AF booster pack).
Roaming around on the large field with the hay bales in a Linebacker gives you good cover against the attack helis TV missiles.
And there are no disturbing jets to bomb you.

I receive my vet AA badge on Darq (misspell) Oilfield and expert AA badge on Dragon Valley; both maps were 64 players. The key is to be Support so you can resupply your AA tank with missles.
The Bradley (linebacker) is better against troops then the chinese AA. The Bradley (linebacker) shoots long and accurate shots so you can cover some spawn points.
