How many here can even haul a trailer competently?  When I worked for a car dealership during college I used to do 18 hour days hauling cars on a car trailer all across the west coast of the United States doing dealer trades.  Trailers tend to be a pain in the ass when ever you want to do something like park or go backwards.  And a lot of people don't have a place to store a trailer when they aren't using it.

I agree most people who own trucks really don't need a truck, but they have a purpose.  Honestly if I had room for another vehicle I'd keep my truck around but only use it when I needed it, and use a beer can for driving around town.
