I fab class 7 and 8 offroad trucks, as well as prerunners. Our race trucks have over 800hp, and my personal truck is over 600. In all the years I've been building cars and trucks, I have come to ask only one thing: Why, on God's green earth, would anyone ever need a cowl induction hood unless they absolutely need the clearance for a high-rise manifold, roots blower, and oversized air cleaner?

I don't mean to knock, but I have a "thing" about people making their vehicles look faster than they are.

I had to own one for the past 3 years, lived in an area where we got snow quite often, and the plowing service wasn't that great. Snow driving is quite fun

Not to mention I use it all the time for hauling my quad and its nice to have 4 wheel drive when going one mile down an improvised road (not improved with anything but my own tires) to set up targets for my .50 cal.

exactly, how do you do stuff without a truck? Gunna haul 4X8 sheets of plywood in your jetta? a half yard of gravel in your Camry? a ton of cinderblocks in your H3?

its cool, i have a intake kit on it (k&n) which was rubing on the stock hood, plus who said it wasnt fast?
