Okay so i did some test today and found out that one of my 512 mb stick kind of downgraded to 256 mb....So WTF happened and is there any way to fix that?

Kind of vague. What do you mean? How did you test this?
Remove all stick and put one back and checked in bios what it said it was...and one of my 512 was detected as a 256 mb...
