I hate having to use the mouse. I navigate my computer with launchy and the arrow keys.
Also, I don't see how having a messy as hell desktop would help productivity (thats what they are trying to imply right?) Cause all I can see somebody doing with that is constantly playing around with it.

That seems stupid I don't want to have a stupid 3D Feel to my dekstop I want it to be quickly accessible instead of just looking good. In my opinion that program or whatever it is would get annoying in a matter of time.
That's just cool, sure it's eye candy but with the current "2D" desktops people are lousy I can't imagine them with this implemented.
I admit I may get bord of it after a while. However I would atleast like to see if it will help. For example you could have lots of piles. One for games, work, school etc. So you could store a lot more stuff on the desktop.
