On a side note, why did you buy DDR2? You chip doesn't support is, therefore it was a waste.

P.S. - you'd do better if you parted your system rather than selling it whole.

No AMD64 chip truly supports DDR2. Hence AMD's new "AM2" platform.

ill drop another 50 for the moniter since its a flat panel but its only 17 inches??? why bother? maybe do u a favor and give u another 50 extra for the vid card.

No, AMD hasn't released their DDR2 support platform yet. It will be released around Q2 this year, under the code-name "AM2".

The only platform available NOW which supports DDR2 is Intel.

If you parted each component out seperately, you could MAYBE get around $700-$800 USD . . . No more than that though . . .

My 'rig' as you put it is as follows.

Processor: AMD Duron .8 ghz processor
Motherboard: Don't know.
Memory: 128MB RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA Vanta
System Drive: Generic IDE disk type01
Sound Card: SoundMAX integrated digital audio
Monitor: Compaq MV740 17' , which is about 20' thick.

It also freeze every five seconds for a random amount of time. The CD drive dosn't work at all, it reads disks for about a minute before it screws up. It can't handle games of any sort, it can barely run Solitair. It is basicly a paperweight that sometimes lets you play music/videos use Microsoft word, or go on the internet for a small amount of time, before it screws up/freezes and you have to hold the power button to turn it off and restart. Then it does a system check and finds nothing wrong with itself, and you can have another fifteen or so minutes to do what you need before it fucks up again.

DAMMIT I NEED MONEY FOR A NEW COMPUTER!

Not many people want used desktops - seriously. Check out ebay and youll see what I mean. I've had this experience trying to sell an almost brand new 1,500 USD custom built desktop and I couldnt even get 800 for it.
