Case in point:

Should US law allows Muslims and other Islamic groups the same rights as given to Christians groups based on religious freedoms?

Case in Point:

Should the US  law and constitutional law recognized Islam as a valid religion and to give it the same religious rights, given the fact that Islam is not to kind to "Infidels" and proven on several levels that the goal of Islam is world domination and extermination of non believers?

absolutely.  tell you honestly, i find scientology more of a threat to american society than islam.  a fundamentalist is a fundamentalist regardless which doctrine they follow.  should the govt give non-profit status to christian groups because a whole lot of wackos like to blow up abortion clinics?

I'm almost certain the majority of the Muslim community does not want world domination of Islam, nor does it desire extermination of 'infidels'.  You are basing your judgments on radical Muslims in the Middle East, which are the minority of the Muslim community.  Did you know that the region with the largest Muslim population is NOT the Middle East?  It's South-East Asia.  And when was the last time you heard threats of world domination, etc. from Indonesia?

Yup, I remember, it was horrible. I hate abortion, but I also hate what they did. It really tore me apart.

Satanists can practice their religion, so long at it keeps in line with the law.

I heard today, on talk radio, that the next greatest threat, is infact home based terrorism. That is, first and second generation kids that convert to Islam and go on the Jihad route. Apparently, worldwide figures suggest that over 17,000 people have already been identified as such. Notably, the biggest area of growth in this area is the UK.

Sure, I don't care what they do as long as they don't  blow me up in public

that sounds like the usual scare tactics.  the only way to beat terrorism is TO NOT GIVE A FUCK.....YEAH!

terrorism depnds on an audience.  if they lack the audience for the message to get across to then theyre just a bunch of emo faggots that have nothing positive to do in their lives.

Question is: How harsh should pay back be??? Let's be realistic, several countries support terrorism, should they be made to pay? I say yes.

some nations (one im thinking of ) that have sponsored terrorism and were found guilty of it ended up paying out the ass and now that nation (Libya) is an accepted member (for the most part) of the world community.

I see what you are saying and personally I agree, but thats not what diplomacy and politics is about.  sad truth is, in order for you to have a successful foreign policy in this "post 9-11 world" (i happen to think thats the stupidest phrase)  you must also have reconciliation, you must also have compromise.  it stinks for the mst part but that is the cold hard reality.  we cant kill em all.  if we do, we will just see another generation that hates us for even less of a percieved reason, just for revenge.
