I was wondering what mods for Oblivion people are running and which ones are good. Please post links to were we can download these mods and there basic description.

My mods:
Unsafe Streets Adds muggers to the cities.
Arena LewtAllows you pick up items dropped by Arena enemies.
Francesco's leveled creatures and items modAlters leveling of creatures and items so we don't have level 30 bandits with Daedric armor.

As a counterpart to another thread, post any and all good mods/mod sites for Oblivion.

My faves are:

www.tessource.com - It may have a couple of annoying popup ads, but next to all of the mods I use come from this site.

Eldrac's Armory - A few powerful swords and some nice clothes.

Akaviri Imports and it's Fix - A whole bunch of levelled Katanas.

Adrenaline - And you though Oblivion had lots of enemies before...

Apophis: Armory of the Silver Dragon - Some awesome high level stuff.

Bob's Armory - Lots and lots and lots and lots of stuff for your level lists.

Beautiful People - New hair, eyes and races for all!

Other good/useful ones to look for are:

Oblivion Mod Manager
Search for 'fix' and see what you can get to help out
Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul

I recommended searching for OOO, but as I don't use it, I didn't search for a link.

Your HUD Mod seems a good choice, I'll get that, but all your other ones seem to need Oblivion Script Extender... (I had problems with that in the past, so I'm a little wary of it)

All the good mods use OBSE, what problems did you have with it though?

I was getting the rolly-eye/no speech glitch after the install. It was probably the mod (some morphing one), but I just never reinstalled it.

I use everything dragon claw does bar the ninja flips/beheading mod. But really, after 200 hours of oblivion the game gets boring regardless of mods.

edit: oh, and the natural environments mod. Makes the game look nicer

Oscuro's was the first mod I ever got. It dominates. Also, google "Oblivion Real Estate" for a pretty good collection of house mods, even some for Shivering Isles.

Here's an updated list of my Mods of choice:

(Glitch Warning) Eldrac's Armoury and a fix/patch. - adds a lot of awesome armours and weapons, but will glitch the main quest. It's safe to use if you've completed it, though.

Beautiful People - Adds many new races, hairs and eye styles/colours.

Wolf Packs - Instead of lone Wolves prowling around, This mod adds an extra wolf and gives them both the ability to summon other pack members to it's location. It's possible to progressively fight up to 24 wolves.

Defensive Staves and the Staves Patch - Adds off-hand Staff shields and permanent
illumination Staves that act as a Torch.

Real Swords - Do a search here for RealSwords, and take your pick from the list of them.

All in one basement - Adds a persistent basement to every house you own (or end up owning, not including the Addon Houses).

Akaviri Imports + Fix - Adds katanas based off the stock weapons of Oblivion.

Apophis Armoury - Adds freakin' awesome high-level gear to the levelled-list. You have to be lvl 25+ to see any of the good stuff.

Bob's Armoury - Adds a ton of new weapons and armours to the levelled list. It won't conflict with the Real Swords, but you will see less Bob's stuff with Real Swords on.

Disclaimer: Nothing here was made by me, I am merely recommending them. If one or more of these mods messes up your game, I hold no responsibility. Use at own risk.

That said: I run all of these mods, plus more, all at the same time without problems. This is also just a fraction of the mods I have, I simply picked the ones that have given me the best experiences in the game. Have fun!

Fixes/Must Haves
Oblivion Mod Manager: Absolute Must-Have for anyone using mods.
Low-Poly Grass: If you have grass turned on, save some FPS and use this.
Natural Environments: Dynamic weather change + other features.
No Glow fix: No more technicolour outlines for you!
Unofficial Oblivion Patch: If this is not installed, you're doin' it wrong.
Oblivion Profile Manager (I use 1.3): More than one character? Having trouble finding savegames? This is your solution!
Slof’s Robe Trader: Spices up otherwise bland Robes. (Possible "Mature" warning)
Xero’s Fame Indicator: Tells you when you've done good and bad.
ArchMage’s Items: Adds two items that you have to give up to advance in the Mages Guild quests.
Light Spell Recolor: Sickly Green lighting not doing it for you? Change it!
(OMod version): Light Spell Recolor mod, for use with Oblivion Mod Manager

Weapons/Armour
Apophis: Armoury of the Silver Dragon: Awesome Weapons and Armour for high level characters.
Bob’s Armory: Adds a TON of new weapons and armour to the levelled lists.
Defensive Staves: Adds Staffs as Shield items ingame. Also servers as a Staff replacer to bring some variety to your fire-shooting sticks.
+ Patch: Defensive Staves patch.
Akaviri Imports: Every stock weapon now has an alternate Akaviri version for sale.
+ Patch: Akaviri Imports patch.
RealSwords: Go to TES Nexus and do a search for RealSwords. Many mods will come up, and they are all RealSword mods. Pick and choose the ones you want.

House Mods
House Map Markers: Adds Fast-Travel markers to your homes.
All In One Basement: Adds a universal Basement to every stock House in Oblivion.
Bravil Sea Domes: Nice little mod for undersea lovers.
Arboretum Bathhouse: Swaps the generic tower in the Arboretum for a Bathhouse.

Misc
Seductive Idles: NPCs do things while standing still.
Nighteye Shader Replacement: No more seeing Blue!
Amazing Jump: Makes jumping more fun. Try jumping backwards for a "WTF o_0" moment.
3rd Person/1st Person Animation swapper: Changes the camera around a bit and shows 'true' animations.
Summon Daedra Effect: Makes ripping Daedra from their realm much more interesting to look at.
Dwemer Spectacles: Is you character hard of seeing? Get some glasses!
Beautiful People: Adds a bunch of new Races, hairs and eyes to choose from when making characters.
Update My Statue: Not quite the heroic armour you wanted to be seen in? Swap it out!
Bag of Holding: No more days wasted carting loot to and from caves.
MajorJim’s UI: De-console-ifies the GUI, making doing stuff easier.
(OMod version): MajorJim's Ui, for use with Oblivion Mod Manager
Landmarks: Find a Doomstone but couldn't get the Power from it? Come back later and get it with this mod!
CM Partners: Getting lonely? Find a friend or two and go raid a cave!
Druid Mod: Nature calling? Go and answer!
