hard to believe that chopper its the heaviest attack chopper in the world and the rotors are not even on idle

THIS HAS BEEN DEBATED BEFORE. The rotors are indeed spinning, they just appear to be stationary. The camera just can't capture the rotors moving because they are moving too fast.
EDIT: Actually look at the comment on the video. It says that the frames have been edited to make the rotors not move. It's just an editing trick.
