MD5 Tool Mismatch ?

Twice today I got booted out of a game by PunkBuster because of that: MD5 Tool Mismatch ??? WTF is that ?
I just played a couple hours without it happening again though. I've never messed with my game at all - although I do turn PB to 500 when I get in a game, could that be the problem?

i've gotten that on one specific server... never knew why. I don't hack.... I DO have modded localization files... but still, only one server kicks me for it, so i've ignored it...
