I have SF and have had it for a while so I forgot how soem aspects work: One of my friends just bought it and is in the middle of the long stretch to segeant major.
after installing SF, shoudln't he get the unlocks, or does he have to wait for a new rank to unlock the second tier.
I am asking because wioth special forces, you get 2 unlocks instead of one.
