The Armor Service Ribbon appeared, with the music and the voice that I was recommended...
And console says: morbesso666 you are about to be kicked (ping too high).
I reconnect to the server, I still see the ribbon near the radar, standing there and not disappearing.
I get kicked again. I quit BF2 and launch it again. In BFHQ it doesn't appear.
I reconnect to the server, it crashes at the end of loading time.
Launch BF2, connecting to server, crashes again.
I checked on BF2Tracker.com which been told as updating every 10 minutes, I haven't got the ribbon there.

I didn't get it there.
The question is: would I get the ribbon???? (

Are you sure??
I got a crash I remember after I got a ribbon and I got it.
I think I didn't get the Armor now because it didn't finish updating it since the server might have sent the kick before I received the ribbon.

I dont think you need to finish a round to get ur awards/points.

look for like 64 size servers with only 14 or 28 out of 64 players in them. 
advantages
1: Rounds on average last an hour to an hour and a half. so theres plenty of time to get kills
2: Free tanks/APCs/Choppers/bombers for everyone
3: and not statpadding in anyway (its not your fault no-one wanted to fill up the empty slots)

don't know if you know this but the armor ribbon can also be earned in APCs.  I earned mine as and engineer in a vehicle convoy that I organized that would blitzkrieg across the map overwhelming everything in its path.

recipe for blitz convoy.
2 squadmates both engineers(preferably RL friends with private voice chat like skype or teamspeak)(one of the squad mates is you)

2 APCs. one for each of you. (APCs are faster than tanks and work better in packs than tanks) tanks r ok if no apcs can be found.

?? Invite every competent APC/tank driver that you see into your squad.  Provide organization with attack commands (usually provided by commander) and stick close to the attack group so everyone is covered by a happy engineer repair aura.

Yo you have it. I see it on your sig stats. No you don't need to finish a round to get your awards. I go off mid round all the time, even in rounds with awards.

Not quite... the server has to finish the round in order to report all stats from that round to the ign servers.

oh i've been told by people in these forums that you had to finish the round for any of those stats to count.

Lol you guys writing I'm lucky and I have the ribbon, and I, with disappointment, trying to get it again!!
Well I went on karkand, made 18 kills with tank with only 10 minutes on the stopper.
Went to menu, and saw I got the ribbon after I checked 20 minutes ago.
Although i don't speak English as my primary language I said "Yeeeeeeee man!!!".
Thanks everybody I think I'm gonna sleep well hahaha!
