I hear that a lot. That you have to be a team-switcher to get the WCR. I don't agree. It is one way of getting it for sure. But it is so much more of an achievement if you get it fair and square.
I set out to get it a while back. I still have a long way to go (1.415 win:loss right now) but I will get it for sure. What I do is I try to play on 16-player servers when I want wins. You have so much more of a chance to control things on small maps. Before I join a server I always look at the current score for the players on the server to make sure I don't end up on a team full of complete noobs. If I do find myself on the weekest team I try to turn tings around for 1-2 rounds. If we are still getting our asses kicked I tend to go and look for another server.

Actually, my most desired award is the VETERAN EXPLOSIVES...
Sounds stupid, since it's only veteran, but gettig the basic one took me almost my whole play-time.
C4-camping takes too long, C4-throwing is too dangerous and using mines is impossible with stupd team-mates. For me, this badge is the most annoying one...

What is so hard about planes? Anyway, Probably the Air combat medal, because I love planes, and I even have a 7.85 K/D ratio for them. Problem is, I only have around 50 hours in a plane, therefore, I don't know if I will even ever get the vetern aircraft badge. But I will have the WCR soon!
