I've seen other people with well over a 100 victoms, yet every time I get 100 - 101 the next day I'm down to 99 or so. Are you only able to get 100 victoms?

Lol, I only have 1 enemy and 1 victim.
After playing this game for nearly 1180 hours I still have to find out how the victims list thing works. I mean I have completely just raped people and they do not show up and then some punk ass kills me twice and I'm in his victims list? Its just weird..

The answer is kill people more than anyone else has in a round. You generally have to have a good round and they have to have a bad round running into you constantly and die by your weapon of choice.
