The 4th amendment is no less sacred than the second and if you would read back at the post where I posted the Bill of Rights you would see where I said that.apollo_fi wrote:

I'm guessing that your answer would also include the government violating the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th amendments.
