Seriously. The Chav problem here is getting really out of hand. I don't know what to do about it, because you find it in the Biggest City's to the smallest town. Usually more in the small towns actually because they can truly terrorise everyone without some proper gang stopping them.
Chavs are the biggest problem that this country has to tackle. Higher than immigration/taxes/terrorism you name it. It's the downfall of society.
