The Army and the Marines are trying to do everything they can to entice the enlisted to stay. As the article said, we are not at that breaking point now but we are starting to see the cracks. Countries engaged in war are less capable of providing military support around the globe (genocide intervention). We can send them help other ways but lets not be so naive to think we are the only ones who could be handling Darfur.
