Surely there is no need to have admins in every server, as a kick vote would do exactly the same job.Yes in extreme cases a prompt kick is needed but admins in my opinion are the worst breed of player you can come across in game, there like "THATS MY TANK" and im like errr errr DID EA purposely add this tank for your benefit???NO, so why they continue to demand and restrict what u can and cant do on a server is ridiculous.YES i know theres loads of servers but most are inhabited by moronic arseholes if im honest and to join what u think might be a good server only to have some pre pubescent admin telling you DONT DO THIS AND DONT DO THAT is annoying to say the least.I say we need more ADMIN free servers, let nature take its course, after all thats what the ESC key is for.Bit of a rant but u get the jist.

I find that most servers with admins that act in that manner are clan servers. I avoid these whenever possible for that very reason. However, I don't think a free for all with no admins is the answer. I think there should be a means of reporting it to EA. If an admin is cought violating the TOS, the server owners have to release that person from the role of admin or lose their ranked status.

I think if a few servers lost their ranked status because of jerk admins, and made it very publicly known, the problem would correct itself.

Now of course there are two sides to every story, so the hosting party would most certainly have the right to refute the claim with screen shots and/or log information.

I also think to keep things fair and the system from being flooded, if the acuser is found to have lied about the admin and what transpired, their stats are wiped right back to zero.

If you come across a server where the admins kick you for taking vehicles, report it to EA. They'll get their server unranked fast if they find out its true.

true. but a server without (a real) admin means: TKing for vehicles, spawnraping in uncapturables (carrier etc), getting punishes by ppl running in front of a jet while taking off etc. --> all the shit most ppl complain about.

if u are on a server with 13yo "it's my jet, I'll ban you!!!" admins, then leave. I administrate a clan server. I wanna see fair play, no TKing for jets etc so ppl enjoy their stay. but im 27. plz dont generalise...

just keep looking around for better servers. i only play on clan servers even though i am not part of a clan. if you look hard enough you will find servers where the level of play is very high and the level of fuckwittage is very low. i don't have the time to dedicate to a clan but i find that the level of team play is higher on some clan servers.

trust me these servers definitely exist. i have at least 10 that i play on regularly with little or no issues.

well quit whining and don't place all admins in the same group that you have jeeeeeeeeeeez
DGI server is run professionally, aslong as the server rules are followed then all is good, and then you have ppl like yourself who make ppl think f*ck the admin and do what they like and we end up kicking them etc etc when i could be playing the game instead!!!!
But yes there is some clan servers out there that do suck ass and the admins do use thier priviledges to thier advantage, but just report to EA.

[DHG] Doghousegamers Ranked server is not a bunch of idiot admins either,just 2 of us run it and one rule in it "don't be an ass and we won't kick ya"...we may only be 16 players on 64 size map ,but its all about fun!..now you define ass and live by it!
